Vanguard Training

Curriculum
The National Vanguard Program has only four phases of training. Every new recruit must complete an eight-week orientation class before being permitted to participate in the National Training Program.
Upon successful completion of the Orientation Classes, every new recruit is now considered Vanguard in training and will begin to complete the Vanguard in Training Curriculum. Completion of this curriculum takes approximately one year.
Each sister must complete and successfully pass every class, test, the National midterm and final exams, in addition to completing the National assignments and projects in order to graduate to the next phases of training. After successful completion of the Vanguard in training curriculum, the sisters will graduate as Phase 1 Vanguard to show that they are trained up to that level.
All subsequent phases are inclusive of the previous phases curriculum. Progression of one phases to another will be determined by each sisters years of active service as well as her overall development, participation and achievements in the training classes.
